Once you have chosen The ARC as your preferred Document Storage suppplier the following process is carried out:
Setup: An account for each client is setup on our market leading Records Management software provided by O'Neil.
Uplift: Trained staff will collect your boxes of documents from your premises which will be deposited at our secure Record Centre.
Indexing: Boxes can be indexed, if required, onsite according to your specified method, which will accurately record box contents to allow key word searches to be carried out for future retrievals.
Storage: All boxes collected from your premises are logged onto the Records Management database and stored securely inside the Record Centre to British Standard 5454:2000.
Client login: Secure account access can be provided, if required, giving you full online access to your database where you can add new boxes to your account, request box retrievals or even order supplies of more archive boxes.
Reports: We can provide reports on activity for boxes that are in storage, which are pre-defined and professionally laid out.
